Requesting to Cancel
Select Cancel Order on the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > CONFIRM to submit.
⚠️ Note • You can only request cancellation once per order. If your request is denied or withdrawn, you can't request another one again for the same order. Learn more about why you can’t cancel your order. |
Checking Cancellation Request Status
To check the status of your cancellation request, select View Cancellation Details for the order via My Purchases.
Withdrawing Cancellation Request
If you no longer wish to cancel the order, select Withdraw Request > Confirm.
⚠️ Note • If necessary, you may discuss this with the seller directly via Shopee Chat or raise a return/refund request after you receive your order. • Cancellation refunds will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation. |
